Want to get a full workout? Check out Max Fitness in Mount Laurel, New Jersey boot camp that they hold every Saturday morning. The boot camp runs for an hour and a half, and you get a full body workout with our different style classes that we teach. From cardio exercise to core strengthening, we help get you back into shape with our programs that we provide.

Heart Rate Monitoring

During group training sessions and boot camp classes we utilize the newest fitness technology in the Polar Heart Rate Monitors. Wearing monitors during exercise will show when you are pushing yourself to the max heart rate, how many calories are burnt, and additional statistics available in the mobile application.
